Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp honey, 3 tsp corn starch, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, chopped red bell peppers and minced ginger. Now heat a deep pan on medium and add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the spring onion and garlic and saute for one minute. Then add the shrimp and give everything a good mix. Add the prepared sauce and make sure each shrimp is properly coated.
